The AutoGyro AirTaxi is a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft that takes the best of helicopter and a fixed-wing aircraft technology into one package providing the best operational features of both genres, at a small fraction of the acquisition and operational costs. It is inherently safer and easier to fly than a helicopter, making it the perfect choice for commuters, business travellers, and anyone looking for a more efficient and enjoyable way to travel. The design is created by AutoGyro, and with over 3100 aircraft manufactured and flying around the world, the AutoGyro Design and Certification Team has extensive experience and operational knowledge in this field.

But why choose the AutoGyro AirTaxi over traditional transportation methods? Firstly, it offers a much faster and more efficient way to travel, with a range of 600 km. You can avoid traffic congestion and reach your destination in a fraction of the time it would take by car or most public transport. This is particularly beneficial for business travellers who need to attend meetings or events in different cities or countries.

This makes it accessible to a wider range of individuals and businesses who may not have considered air travel as an option before. Perhaps most importantly, the AirTaxi is safe and easy to fly. The design has been created with the latest technology and safety features to ensure the utmost security for passengers and pilots. The ease of flight operations reduces pilot training hours.

Based on the same platform as the AirTaxi, AutoGyro introduces an AirCargo model which can carry up to 400kg of cargo, equipped with a 1.80-meter-wide cargo door. The AirAmbulance version will can carry 2 pilots, 2 doctors, a stretcher with a patient, and all necessary medical equipment. Finally, an AirSecurity version for Special Missions, fitted with mission-appropriate cameras and/or any other equipment required.

Air Taxi

The AutoGyro AirTaxi is a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft that can do over 95% of the missions that a comparably sized helicopter can do at a small fraction of the acquisition and operational costs. It is much safer and easier to fly, making it the perfect choice for commuters, business travelers, and anyone looking for a more efficient and enjoyable way to travel.

The design is created based on the comprehensive AutoGyro’s Team experience and knowledge of gyroplanes. With over 3100 aircraft manufactured and flying around the world, the AutoGyro team has extensive experience and knowledge in the field.

Air Cargo

We are excited to announce that we are expanding our AutoGyro AirTaxi platform to include an AirCargo model. This vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft will be able to handle up to 400kg of cargo, making it the perfect solution for transporting goods quickly and efficiently.

Like the AirTaxi, the AirCargo model will be designed with safety and ease of operation in mind. With the same comprehensive experience and knowledge of gyroplanes, the AutoGyro team will ensure that the AirCargo is a reliable and cost-effective option for businesses in need of transport solutions.

Equipped with a 1.80m wide cargo door and a 3.5 m3 volume, the AirCargo will provide ample space for a variety of cargo types. It will be powered by twin engines with conventional propulsion, using 2x Rotax 916 iS engines, each with 165hp. The aircraft will also have both VFR and IFR capabilities.

The AirCargo model will be able to take off and land using either sTOL (short Take Off and Landing) or VTOL (Vertical Take Off and Landing), depending on the rotor technology specified. With current standard technology, gyroplanes take off using forward motion to accelerate the rotors to flight speed and climb.

With lower acquisition and operational costs than a comparable helicopter, the AirCargo will be a more cost-effective option for businesses looking to transport goods quickly and efficiently. The ease of flight operations will also reduce pilot training hours, making it a more accessible option for businesses that may not have previously considered air travel as a transport solution.

We are committed to bringing this innovative technology to market within the next coming years and are excited to offer a new solution for cargo transportation needs. Whether you are a small business owner or part of a larger corporation, the AutoGyro AirCargo is the perfect choice for a faster, more efficient, and cost-effective transport solution.

The cabin is 1.95m wide and features a 1.80m wide door, making it easy to load and unload patients. The aircraft is designed to carry a total of 5 people – 2 pilots, 2 medical personnel and a patient.

The Air Ambulance is equipped with the latest technology and safety features, ensuring the utmost security for patients and medical personnel. With a planned maximum operational speed of 175mph/ 275 Km/h (depending on load), it provides a much faster and more efficient way to transport patients in need of urgent medical attention.

The Air Ambulance is also cost-effective, with lower acquisition and operational costs than a comparable helicopter. This makes it accessible to a wider range of medical facilities and organizations that may not have considered air transportation as an option before.

The AutoGyro Design and Certification Team has extensive experience and operational knowledge in this field, with over 3100 aircraft manufactured and flying around the world. This ensures that the Air Ambulance is created with the best operational features of both gyroplanes and helicopters, making it much safer and easier to fly than traditional helicopters.

The Air Ambulance is perfect for medical facilities, rescue organizations, and anyone looking for a faster, more efficient, and safer way to transport patients.
