Coastal Trip

Last Sunday Mick, George, and Neil decided it was a good day to do lunch at Old Bar near Taree. George was running late so we did not depart Sky Ranch until just after midday. By 2 pm we had reached our destination and set about finding a suitable fish and chip shop. After lunch and having spoke to some admiring locals, we departed for Taree but not before doing a flight down the beach at 400 feet. After topping up with fuel, we again headed for home. We climbed to just over 6000 feet for the trip back over the range and enjoyed perfect conditions with zero turbulance all the way home. The two Cavalons and the Calidus were perfect for the cool conditions offering great protection to their pilots. We arrived back at The Sky Ranch right on 5 pm and straight away started talking about our next adventure.
